VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF THE
DESIGNATED ADVISOR
Arcay Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Arcay"), an associate of the Designated
Advisor has entered into 110 000 single stock futures contracts in respect
of its shareholding in Beige. The contracts entered into are akin to a
conversion of Arcay`s existing investment in Beige into a different
instrument through the sale of the underlying ordinary shares at 25 cents
per share and the purchase of the single stock futures at an average price
of R26.05 per futures contract, secured by the underlying shares. Through
each single stock futures contract, Arcay has committed to purchase 100
shares when the futures contract expires and accordingly the 11 000 000
shares sold have effectively been replaced by the 110 000 futures contracts
purchased. In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the following information is disclosed:
