RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Unitholders are notified that at the company`s annual general meeting held on 6
September 2007, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed thereat, save
for ordinary resolution number 7 relating to the general authority granted to
the directors to issue shares for cash, were duly passed by the requisite
majority of votes. The special resolution granting directors the authority to
repurchase shares will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
