FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE SALE OF DISCOM BY NEW CLICKS.
Shareholders of New Clicks are referred to the announcement issued by New Clicks
on 1 June 2007, regarding the sale of Discom (a division of New Clicks SA (Pty)
Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of New Clicks) to Edgars Consolidated Stores
Limited and are advised that all conditions precedent have been fulfilled.
Accordingly, the agreement for the sale of Discom is now unconditional.
