CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Paul Moses and Ciko Thomas have resigned as non-
executive directors to the Faritec board, with immediate effect. Paul and Ciko
joined the Faritec board in July 2006, as a result of Faritec`s acquisition of
the business of Enterprise Connection (Pty) Ltd in June 2006.
Paul, who was CEO of Enterprise Connection, agreed to remain on the Faritec
board for the year ended June 2007. He has resigned in order to focus on his
other business interests. Faritec thanks Paul for his contribution to Faritec as
a non-executive director over the past 14 months.
Ciko is a shareholder of Canal Square (Pty) Ltd, which is the majority
shareholder of Enterprise Connection. He has resigned in order to focus on Canal
Square`s other interests in the automotive industry. Faritec thanks Ciko for his
contribution to Faritec as a non-executive director over the past 14 months.
Faritec will be assessing the constitution of its board, with the intention of
bringing on additional independent non-executive directors in the near future.
