Shareholders are advised that the change of name of the company has
been registered with CIPRO on 07 September 2007 and are therefore
advised of the new salient dates as listed below:

Last day to trade shares in the name of
DataPro Group Limited in order to be Thursday , 20 September
recorded as a shareholder by the record date

Trading in new shares under the JSE code VOX
and ISIN ZAE000097234 commences on Friday, 21 September
Record date for determining those
shareholders whose shares will be subject to Friday, 28 September
