Posting of Annual Report incorporating notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The Annual Report will be posted to all shareholders on or about 1 October 2007.
The AGM of the company will be held at the TiAuto head office, Cnr. Old Pretoria
Road and K101, Midrand, Gauteng, on Tuesday, 27 November 2007 at 10h00. The
notice of the AGM will be contained in the abovementioned Annual Report.
