RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Siyathenga linked unitholders are advised that, all ordinary resolutions and
the special resolution relating to the introduction of Meago consortium and
Tokoloho consortium as effective 15% BEE linked unitholders in the Company
proposed at the general meeting of shareholders held today, Monday, 10
September 2007 were approved by an overwhelming majority of shareholders
represented in person and by proxy.
The special resolution has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration.
