Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the announcement and the circular posted to
shareholders, both dated 5 September 2007, and are advised that the JSE share
code of "SAR" referred to in these documents should read "SAT" which will be the
future JSE share code applicable to Shops upon the change of name from Shops to
SA REIT LIMITED with effect from the close of business on Friday, 19 October
2007.
