Peter Mageza has been appointed as an executive director on the boards of Absa
Group and Absa Bank, with effect from 10 September 2007.
Mr Mageza is the Group`s chief operating officer. He joined Absa in 2000 and
was appointed to the Group Executive Committee in 2003.
