Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Liberty Group Ltd, regarding the Liberty Group Ltd capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on LGL (ex capital reduction date: 10/09/2007), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below LGL warrants will
take place on Monday morning, 10 September 2007:
