STANDARD BANK GROUP LTD WARRANT NOTICE
Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Standard Bank Group Ltd, regarding the Standard Bank Group Ltd capital
reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on SBK (ex capital reduction date: 10/09/2007), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below SBK warrants will
take place on Monday morning, 10 September 2007:

of the Warrant below:
