Standard Bank Group Limited have announced a Return of Premium of R1.00 per SBK
share, as a result of the Return of Premium, an adjustment will be made to
ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is unprejudiced by this
event. This adjustment will be effective from 10 September 2007. The warrant
is exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in
the relevant offering circular.
