NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Fairvest will post its audited annual financial statements for the
financial period ended 31 March 2007 to shareholders on or about 12
September 2007. Fairvest will not be publishing an abridged report as the
audited financial information is materially the same as the reviewed
results announced on SENS on 6 July 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of
Fairvest Property Holdings Limited in respect of the year ended 31 March
2007 will be held at the registered offices of the company, 9th Floor,
Protea Hotel, corner Lighthouse Road and Chartwell Drive, Umhlanga Rocks,
on Monday 8 October 2007 at 10h00.
