Pan African is pleased to announce that its new corporate presentation is now

The corporate presentation makes specific reference to the reviewed,
provisional results of Barberton Mines Limited (`Barberton`) for the year ended
30 June 2007 as consolidated into the results of Metorex Limited. On 31 July
2007 Barberton became a 74% owned subsidiary of Pan African.
The results of Barberton for the year to 30 June 2007, as reported by Metorex
were as follows:
