NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT AND DETAILS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2007 were released on 05 September 2007 and there were no
significant changes to the reviewed preliminary results which were released on
SENS on 08 June 2007.
The AGM will be held in the Boardroom at 36 Fricker Road, Illovo, Sandton on
Wednesday, 03 October 2007at 10h00. The notice of the AGM is contained in the
abovementioned annual financial statements.
