Posting of Decillion`s annual report and details of the annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, information
regarding the annual report and annual general meeting is set out below.
Annual report
Further to Decillion`s reviewed results for the year ended 28 February 2007,
published on SENS on 15 June 2007, the annual report was posted to shareholders
on 31 August 2007. The annual financial statements contain no modifications to
the aforementioned published reviewed results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Decillion will be held at 10:00 on
Friday, 12 October 2007 at Decillion`s registered office, 5th Floor, Jowell Glyn
& Marais House, 72 Grayston Drive, Sandown, 2196 to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual
report.
