PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF ENGINEERED LININGS (PTY) LIMITED AND RENEWAL OF
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that PSV has entered into a Heads of Agreement to
purchase Engineered Linings (Pty) Limited ("Engineered Linings") ("the
acquisition"). Engineered Linings supplies and installs specialised
industrial linings and coverings and compliments the business of PSV.
The acquisition is subject to final negotiations and the signing of a Sale
of Shares Agreement. Shareholders will be notified once the acquisition of
the Engineered Linings has been finalised.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
