APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Sethold is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr Paul Nkuna has accepted an
appointment as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from
17 September 2007.
Mr Nkuna (55) is the CEO of Mineworkers Investment Company (Pty) Ltd, which
recently acquired a 10% equity interest in Sethold. He is also Non-Executive
Chairman of Primedia Ltd and a Non-Executive director on a number of boards
including those of First Rand Limited, Metrofile Holdings Limited, South African
Airways, British Petroleum SA (Pty) Ltd and Council for Geological Science and
Tracker Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
