CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME: DELAY IN REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION
Shareholders of Marshalls are advised that due to a delay in the registration of
special resolutions at CIPRO, the salient dates referred to in the announcement
published on 31 August 2007 are no longer applicable.
CIPRO have advised that overtime work has been embarked upon and they hope to
clear the backlog shortly.
Shareholders will be advised of the revised dates as soon as they are available.
In the meantime, the company will continue to trade in the name of Marshalls
Limited.
