ANNOUNCEMENT
Pangbourne combined unitholders are advised that the Company has received a
notice in terms of section 181 of the Companies Act No. 61 of 1973, for the
requisition of a general meeting of combined unitholders to vote on the
removal of certain non-executive directors and the appointment of certain new
directors of the Company.
An announcement regarding the date of the meeting will be published on or
about the 26th September 2007 and a circular, with details including the
notice of general meeting of combined unitholders, will be posted at that
time. The Board of directors of Pangbourne will be responding to unitholders
in due course with their views and recommendations.
