RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the shareholders held today, 14 September 2007, the
requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary resolution relating to
the placing of sufficient authorised but unissued shares in the capital of
Hospitality under the control of the directors for the specific purpose of
issuing such shares in terms of the proposed rights offer, the revised terms of
which were published on SENS on Wednesday, 12 September 2007 and in the press on
Thursday, 13 September 2007.
