THE BIDVEST GROUP LTD WARRANT NOTICE
Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of The
Bidvest Group Ltd, regarding the The Bidvest Group Ltd capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on BVT (ex capital reduction date: 17/09/2007), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below BVT warrants will
take place on Monday morning, 17 September 2007:
