AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL WARRANTS RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF ASPEN PHARMACARE HOLDINGS LIMTED
Following the announcement by the board of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd (APN)
whereby APN declared a capital distribution of 70c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer)
will amend the conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.

The effect of the abovementioned adjustment is to place the Warrant holders in
the same position it would have been in had the capital distribution not been
declared. This adjustment will be effective from 17 September 2007.
