AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL WARRANTS RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF THE RICHEMONT SECURITIES AG
Following the announcement by the board of Richemont Securities AG (RCH) whereby
RCH declared a special dividend of 58.889c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer) will
amend the conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.
