STRIKE RESOLUTION - CONSOLIDATED MURCHISON MINE
Shareholders are referred to an announcement dated 21 August 2007 regarding
a legal strike at Metorex`s Consolidated Murchison Mine.
The wage dispute between the National Union of Mineworkers (`NUM`) and
Consolidated Murchison has been resolved. NUM-associated employees are
returning to work, and full production will be resumed as soon as possible.
