RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACING AND LISTING OF RBA ON THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE OF THE
JSE LIMITED
PRIVATE PLACING
Exchange Sponsors (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce that in terms
of the private placing of shares in RBA, as detailed in the Abridged Prospectus
published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 11 September 2007 and in
the prospectus dated 5 September 2007, 65 000 000 shares at a price of R1.00 per
share were placed with select investors ("the private placing").
The private placing was substantially oversubscribed.
LISTING OF RBA
As the required public shareholder spread has been achieved pursuant to the
private placing, the listing of the issued ordinary shares of RBA on the
Alternative Exchange ("Altx") of the JSE Limited is now unconditional.
Accordingly, 310 000 000 ordinary shares in the share capital of RBA will be
listed on Altx from the commencement of trade on Thursday, 20 September 2007.
The shares will trade under the abbreviated name RBA, with share code "RBA" and
ISIN ZAE000104154.
