PSG Group shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 29 August 2007
and are accordingly advised that all the resolutions tabled at the general
meeting of PSG Group held today were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration in due course.
