VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2007) - Mr. Ian Rozier,
President and CEO of Eastern Platinum Limited (`Eastplats`)
(TSX:ELR)(AIM:ELR)(JSE:EPS) reports that Eastplats will release fourth quarter
results on Monday September 24, 2007 before the market opens and host a
telephone conference call at 1:30 PST (4:30 EST) to discuss the results. The
conference call may be accessed by dialing 1-800-319-4610 in Canada and the

The conference call will be archived for later playback until Monday October 1,
