APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS TO THE BOARD

the board of directors of Colliers is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Selebaleng Primrose Mothelesi and Adv Miller Moela to the board with immediate
effect.
Ms Mothelesi holds Bcom; Bcom (Hon) and BCTA degrees. And Adv Moela holds Bcom
(Law); LLB and
H Dip Company Law. He is a director of Arcay Moela Sponsors (Pty) Limited and
LPC Moela Consulting (Pty) Limited. He is also an admitted advocate of the High
Court of South Africa.
