the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2007, were posted to
linked unitholders on 19 September 2007 and contains no changes to the audited
results which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 23 August 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Siyathenga
shareholders will be held in the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Pangbourne House,
382 Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall on Friday, 12 October 2007 at 10:00, to transact
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders
circulated together with the annual financial statements.
