Option holders are advised that the options granted in the circular dated 03
February 2006, to subscribe for one ordinary share at R2,00 per share, are "out
of the money", no option holders have indicated that they would like to exercise
their options and the options will expire on the commencement of business 01
October 2007.
To this end option holders are reminded that:
The Last Day to Trade (LDT) is Thursday, 20 September 2007
Trade in the options will be suspended
from the commencement of business Friday, 21 September 2007.
Record date is Friday, 28 September 2007
Termination of
Listing (commencement of business) Monday, 01 October 2007
