Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Imperial Holdings Ltd, regarding the Imperial Holdings Ltd capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on IPL (ex capital reduction date: 21/09/2007), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below IPL warrants will
take place on Friday morning, 21 September 2007:
