Amendments To The Terms And Conditions Of The Call Warrants Relating To The
Ordinary Shares Of Imperial Holdings Limited
Following the announcement by the board of Imperial Holdings Ltd (IPL) whereby
IPL declared a capital distribution of 280c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer) will
amend the conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.

The effect of the abovementioned adjustment is to place the Warrant holders in
