GROUP FIVE ANNUAL REPORT : CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the Group Five Annual Report which was posted to shareholders on 17
August 2007, shareholders are referred to the "Form of Proxy" contained in the
Annual Report (page 319) and should note that Item 8 should read "Special
Resolution number 1 : General authority to repurchase shares" instead of
"Special Resolution number 1 : General authority to stated capital".
