Linked unitholders are advised that the Company`s annual report, incorporating
the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2007, were posted
to linked unitholders on 21 September 2007 and contains no changes to the
audited results which were announced on SENS on Friday, 24 August 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Monyetla shareholders
will be held in the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Pangbourne House, 382 Jan Smuts
Avenue, Craighall on Monday, 15 October 2007 at 10:00, to transact business as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders circulated
together with the annual financial statements.
