NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
In compliance with paragraph 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
linked unitholders of iFour are advised that the audited annual financial
statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2007 were posted
on 21 September 2007.
The company has not published an abridged report at this date as the reviewed
financial information, published on SENS on 21 August 2007, is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of iFour shareholders
will be held in the Company`s Conference Room, 3rd floor, Pangbourne House, 382
Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall, Johannesburg on Tuesday, 16 October 2007 at 10:00,
to transact business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of
shareholders circulated together with the annual financial statements.
