REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of Kelly shareholders held today, 25 September 2007, the
requisite majority of shareholders approved all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the meeting relating to:
the general authority for the acquisition by the company and or its subsidiaries
of shares in the company;
the general authority to issue shares for cash; and
the control of 15 000 000 of the authorised but unissued shares in the hands of
the directors.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
