Limited ("JSE"), the following information is disclosed:
On 21 September 2007 Mineworkers Investment Company (Proprietary) Limited
("MIC"), the Company`s empowerment shareholder, purchased 3 830 300 Metrofile
Holdings shares at the market price of R1,42 per share.
Keshan Pillay and Paul Nkuna hold board positions on both the MIC and Metrofile
board. However, neither board members are direct or indirect shareholders of
MIC, nor do they have a beneficial interest in the transaction.
