Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2007 will be posted to shareholders on 26 September 2007 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 22
August 2007. Ernst & Young Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of the company and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 26
September 2007 and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
company will be held at 0900 on 19 October 2007 , in the Boardroom,Meadowdale
Road,Germiston to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting.
