TRADING STATEMENT
SilverBridge is currently finalising its results for the six months ended August
2007 which should be released before the end of November 2007.
In this regard shareholders are advised that earnings per share and headline
earnings per share is expected to be between 915% and 920% more than the
corresponding reporting period of the previous year.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated Abridged Revised Listing
Particulars announcement dated 13 October 2006 and the reverse takeover of
Synergy Holdings Limited which was approved by shareholders Monday, 6 November
2006. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to be circumspect when making
direct comparisons with the historic financial results.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company`s Auditors.
