IMPERIAL ISSUES ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DETAILS
The Imperial annual report, containing its financial statements for the year
ended 25 June 2007, prepared in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards, has been issued and has been posted on Imperial`s website
at www.imperial.co.za. An abridged report will not be published as the
information previously published in the provisional report is unchanged.
Copies of the annual report were posted to shareholders and delivered to the JSE
Limited on 21 September 2007.
The annual general meeting of members of Imperial will be held at 09:00 on 1
November 2007 in the boardroom of Imperial Holdings Limited, Imperial Place,
Jeppe Quondam, 79 Boeing Road East, Bedfordview to transact the business stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting.
