NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders
are advised that the company has posted its annual financial statements for the
financial year 2007 to members today, 27 September 2007 and as the information
previously published in the preliminary report on 15 August 2007 is unchanged,
will not be publishing an abridged report.
The Annual Report will be available on the company`s website:
www.tourvest.co.za. The results of the company are audited by Deloitte & Touche
and their report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of TOURISM INVESTMENT CORPORATION
LIMITED will be held in the boardroom at Tourvest House, 33 West Street,
Houghton, Johannesburg on the Thursday 1 November 2007 at 15h00.
