RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 28 September 2007, the founder
of the Thompsons Tours group, Anton Thompson, will retire from Cullinan and as a
result of this resign as a director and deputy chairman of Cullinan.
Andre Viljoen, the managing director of Cullinan, will assume the role of deputy
chairman in addition to his current position
Anton took Thompsons from a small privately owned business to one of the market
leaders in the travel industry and his services will still be available to
Cullinan as and when required.
The board of directors of the company wishes to thank him for his special and
invaluable contribution to the company and the travel industry in South Africa
over the preceding 36 years and to wish him will in retirement.
