Resignation
Shareholders are advised that Mr PC Botha has resigned from the board of
Astrapak with immediate effect. Astrapak thanks Paul for his service as non-
executive board member.

Astrapak is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr JF Buchanan, Mr DC
Noko and Mrs MP Mandela as independent non-executive directors to the board
