Change of name of Rendalyn Trading Limited
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 August 2007 and the
circular to UCS shareholders dated 28 August 2007 regarding the proposed
unbundling of the shares in Rendalyn Trading Limited ("Rendalyn"), a wholly-
owned subsidiary of UCS, by way of a distribution in specie.
Shareholders are advised that prior to the unbundling date Rendalyn has changed
its name to ARgility Limited to align with managements` branding and marketing
initiatives. The ARgility Limited share certificates are in the process of being
mailed to shareholders.
