NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2007 ("the annual financial statements") were distributed today and
contain no modifications to the audited results, published on SENS on Thursday,
28 June 2007.
The annual financial statements were audited by Middel & Partners whose
unqualified report is available for inspection at the company`s registered
office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders today with
the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby given that the Annual General
Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 25 October 2007 at 10:00, at
228 Voortrekker Street, Krugersdorp, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the Annual General Meeting.
