In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that Mr. Sello Mashao Rasethaba has advised the
board of his resignation from the positions of Chief Executive Officer and
Director of Matodzi effective from 31 October 2007.
Outlining the reason for his impending resignation, Mr. Rasethaba informed the
board of directors that he wished to pursue new and exciting opportunities that
had recently arisen and would be devoting his entire attention to these.
The board wishes to express its appreciation for the commitment and contribution
that Mr. Rasethaba has made during his tenure.
