NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Company for
the twelve months ended 30 June 2007 ("the annual financial statements") will be
posted on the company`s web site today, Monday 1 October 2007, and distributed
to shareholders thereafter. The annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the provisional results, which were released on SENS on Friday
31 August 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the
shareholders of the Company will be held on Friday 30 November 2007 at 11:00, at
the registered office of the Company, EBSCO House 4, 299 Pendoring Avenue,
Blackheath, Randburg, to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM.
