RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of shareholders of Control Instruments held on Friday,
28 September 2007, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
resolutions as set out in the notice of the general meeting contained in the
circular to shareholders dated 13 September 2007 ("the circular").
A further announcement will be published, as soon as practicably possible,
regarding the coming into effect of the sale; the unbundling by Control
Instruments to shareholders of a total 278 873 508 consideration shares in
the ratio of two TeliMatrix Limited ("TeliMatrix") shares for every Control
Instruments share held on the record date; and the listing of TeliMatrix on
the JSE Limited ("JSE").
