INFORMATION UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that Super Group has received an unsolicited
expression of interest for the acquisition of its dealership division. The
division is currently made up of 19 franchised passenger and 4 franchised
commercial vehicle dealerships.
Super Group`s strategy is to continue growing its logistics competency on
the African continent. In line with this, it has been decided to explore
the possibility further. Super Group has appointed Rand Merchant Bank to
facilitate discussions with interested parties.
Super Group is not a ready seller and accordingly, any proposal will need
to offer significant benefit to shareholders. Super Group will keep
shareholders appraised of any significant developments.
